Stress can aggravate conditions such as eczema. It also increases the body’s need for a number of vitamins and minerals which is it’s important that you ensure your diet is really healthy. The combination of stress and a poor diet will also take its toll on your immune system leaving you vulnerable to colds and other infections. An easy solution to help boost immunity would be to take a Probiotic supplement in the morning to increase levels of friendly bacteria in the gut or a have a vegetable juice drink during the day to ensure you reach the 5 a day target. Making time to eat proper meals rather than relying on snacks also helps keep blood sugar levels from taking a nose dive in the afternoon.
