Constipation, stomach cramps and bloating are some signs of bowel discomfort. The main causes of constipation is lack of fibre in your diet, not drinking enough water and having too much alcohol and caffeine (both of which are dehydrating!). Lack of exercise is also a factor as it makes your digestive system sluggish. Having breakfast in the morning helps and should be a must as it stimulates you digestive system early in the day.
